It's that time of year again--school supplies, meet-the-teacher night, stocking up on juice boxes and chips for lunches! While in the lunch-making mode, why not take a few minutes to make some fun lunch box notes to surprise your child or grandchild. Imagine the smile on their face as they pull out a loving handmade crafty note at the lunch table. I know my girls will be surprised!
To create these, I cut some fun tags from the Cheerful Storybox papers using my cricut machine and the Traveler Cricut Cartridge. I love using storybox papers for cutting and punching because then I don't have to cut into a full 12x12 sheet of paper just for a small shape or accent. Tip: if you don't have a cricut machine you can punch some tags with the Tag Maker, or just cut some circles using the Custom Cutting System and mat them to make your tags.
Then I created some simple sentiment labels (which you can download for free HERE), printed them on white cardstock, and then cut them out with the 2 1/2 to 5 inch Custom Cutting System circle pattern with the green blade. Last, I adhered the labels and some Classic School Stickers to complete the notes. I hope these lunch box notes have inspired you. Give them to your child, grandchild, or even slip them into your spouse's lunch. Happy crafting!
