Virtual Crop Challenge 8: Single Color

Are you going in circles after that last challenge? Hope not! If you are, we hope to simplify things for this next layout challenge.

I am one who always worries about color. Will this color go with that color? Are they the same shades? 

You know how you solve that?  Use all one color. They may not match exactly, but overall they will help speak to the overall concept of your layout. 

So, choose just ONE color!  (I know that's hard, isn't it?)

For this challenge, we want you to pull out your papers in that ONE color.

In my case, I used green, as it was very fitting for my son's first trip to Lambeau Field in GREEN Bay, Wisconsin. He dreams green!

When I think of sports, I think of pennants. So, I cut several different sizes of triangles, and then popped them up on the layout using Foam Squares! 

I also LOVE the look of stitching on my layouts. 

It's easy peasy! Just use your Dual Tip Pens and hand draw zig-zags or dashes, as shown below.

So, this challenge is about using all ONE color, or tones of it, adding a banner, and a little "faux" stitching!
