Are you getting tired yet, or are you on a roll? Our final challenge tonight is for our Cricut users, so if that's you, stick with us. Not a Cricut user? Join us back here at 8 am CST for our final five challenges.
Chirp, chirp...let's get started!
My Cricut is one of my very best friends! It sits out on the desk in my scrap room and it's the first thing that I pack in my car when going away to scrapbook.
Why, you ask? If I can't find the right title or icon sticker, my Cricut Cartridges ALWAYS have an answer for me.
Jill created this layout for us using the Cheerful Seasons Cartridge and the This & That Cartridge.
To create the tree branch, Jill cut out the tree, and trimmed away some of the branches.
My all-time favorite technique is to layer my shapes and fonts with Foam Squares to give the layout dimension.
Just look at that dimension!
He looks like he is coming to life, and fly right off the layout!
Using thin strips of paper Jill "tied" each tag to the tree branch coming off of the side of the layout.
Jill embellished her die cut pieces with epoxy and rhinestone stickers from the Enchanted line.
For this challenge, use your Cricut and Foam Squares to create layers on your layout!
Post a picture of your completed projects to our Virtual Crop Event Page.
Happy "Chirping!"
my word, this layout is AMAZING!!!!!!!

I LOVE my CriCut, but feel like it takes too much tme from scrapbooking. I've found a great solution: my 12 year old son love to play with it, so he's in charge of all my cutting. I just give him the colors and let him play. He loves anything digital. Lol!!
One of the things I would love CM to come out with is a CriCut cartridge with the unusual sports. You did them for digital, could you do the same for the CriCut? My son is involved in karate, cross country and track...no additions for those. A cartridge with those, cheer, gymnastics, etc would be WONDERFUL!

I like using the cricut, but some of the shapes are getting too complicated with all the layers.
