We are excited to announce our very first Creative Memories Traditional Virtual Crop. To celebrate 25 years of scrapbooking fun, we're on a mission to complete 2,500 projects in one weekend, but we're going to need your help!
When: Friday March 23, 2012 - 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday March 24, 2012 - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday March 25, 2012 - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Who: This Crop will have a traditional focus, but we invite EVERYONE who loves to
complete projects! (Digi-Scrappers might also want to check out the
Go Digital Fan Page this weekend for the "I Hope Book" Virtual Crop)
Why: To complete projects -- 2,500 of them!
Where: Creative Memories Home Office Facebook Virtual Crop Event Page and right HERE on
the Traditional 411 blog!
Here's the scoop:
- Prior to the Crop, get ready for the event by printing your photos (tons and tons of them!) and gathering the supplies listed on the Virtual Crop PDF. If you need to stock up on product, be sure to give your Consultant a call!
- Throughout the event, we'll post a new project challenge every two hours. Once you complete a project, snap a picture of it and upload it to the Virtual Crop Event Page on Facebook. While others are wowing at your work, we'll be entering you into a door prize drawing for each photo your post!
- To avoid confusion, please ask any challenge-related questions on the blog page that it is posted on! If you ask them on the Facebook page, they'll get pushed down on the wall.
- No need to even get out of your jammies! Just make sure you have some of your favorite scrappin' snacks on hand! For us, that means Peanut M&M's and red licorice! Can't make it for the entire weekend? No worries! Just stop by when you can.
- Consider getting together with a group of friends to share the fun! And don't forget to snap a group photo to post on our Event Page during roll call.
Hosts:
Kristen Jacobs (Social Media) and Melissa Ullmann (Inspiration Studio) will be your hosts for the Virtual Crop. They'll be creating projects, answering your questions and chatting with you all weekend long!

My customers are at my crop nut some do not have Facebook. Can I post under mine and then just put it as submitted by them???

Theresa - Participants are not limited to using Creative Memories products, but for door prizes, we'll be selecting from projects that feature 75-100% Creative Memories products.

Wow, everyone, check this out : ) I love a challenge to crop all weekend .....anyone want to join in on this? calling all cmc's and their customers to committ and focus on completing album projects : )

Just a quick question - will my customers need to use ONLY CM products? I don't stop them from using other things but I want to make sure the rules are clear to them for the virtual crop.
