So a mere three days ago, I had never before used a Cricut machine. It was getting to be my turn to write a blog post, so I thought I should talk about the new Cricut Cartridges we have in our line. This brought me to a dilemma. I don't like to talk about things unless I'm familiar with how they work, and if I don't love the product and process of it all, it makes writing about it even tougher.
I went and collected up the two cartridges, grabbed some Cardstock Paper, then headed upstairs to the training room where the Cricut was sitting and started playing. After I messed around with the buttons and figured out what each of them does, (yes, it does help to use the reference book as a guide!) HOLY MOLY did I have a BLAST! I started picking sweet cardstock color combos and cutting the different shapes, then piling them all together. And... a couple of hours later I had some super fun little embellishments created. Then I decided to load them up on the Project Center and share them with all of you. I even threw a few of the embellishments onto a layout using the Page Planner templates, and quickly found out that those things rock too!!
